Nordic Finance helps small to medium business to make investments such as machinery or restaurant furnishing. NF reached out to HiQ in need of a more in- depth knowledge of their customer’s journey from an emerging need to a delivered product. We performed empathy and customer-journey mapping workshops with NF’s board and sales representatives and did multiple interviews with NF’s users and customers we created the journey of their customer. Further on we created a road map for the coming future based on our findings. 
The whole project including two workshops and 14 interviews were performed online, due to the COVID-19 pandemics.
