In this project I, together with my colleagues, consisting of a service designer and an UX lead and a development team, developed SVT's new media management system. The new system called "Mark" would replace the current out-dated media management system "Meta". My role as a 60 % ui and 40 % ux designer was to participate in and conduct workshops and map user needs of our user groups. As the team's ui designer my assignment was to make the tool pleasant to work within and make it look good, as well as it should be easy for the user to get the most important information at a glance.
